ABOUT US
Our philosophy is to implement a child-centered approach to education that facilitates the positive development of the whole child – physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually; in an environment that encourages individuality as a responsible part of a developing interactive community, while building on a foundation of truth which is designed to reverse the consequences of 450+ years of systemic mis-education. Key among the objectives is the development of truth-based analysis and individual confidence and creativity.

OVERVIEW
Our school is nested in the heart of the Lamin community of The Gambia, where it serves the educational needs of children without preference or prejudice to the varied religious perspectives that make up our community. We create an educational environment that builds on the common values, yet allows for and respects positive-yet-contrasting individual perspectives; thereby preventing and eliminating the types of adverse perspectives and animosities that plague our world today
HISTORY
Future Leaders Academy of Education Excellence was established in 2020.
The mission of the school is to Equip our students with the foundation, knowledge, and skills for ultimate success, in the emerging world. Located at Lamin Village, Future Leaders Academy of Education Excellence opened its doors with 10 students enrolled in Daycare through to Grade six (6).
Since its opening, the school’s dynamic educational environment has been impressive. The school currently has more than 150 students from Daycare to Grade Nine (9).
Throughout our history, the school community has remained committed to creating an environment in which students are known, supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow.

To help our students develop the foundation, knowledge, and skills for Ultimate Success in the emerging new world.
VISION
To seed and facilitate our students becoming a generation of integrity-filled, honest, patriotic, humanity-loving leaders; showing the way to the reality of a continent that is a capable, self-reliant, and valued socio-economic partner on the world stage.
